• Troubleshoot all kinds of network and peripheral issues and all kinds of network connectivity problems
• Collect the specifications of each system and maintain a record of the same which can help to troubleshoot easily
• Supports help desk analysts by designing specification for the help desk support system installations
IT Assistant
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Maintain and monitoring of Local Area Network (LAN) of whole Hospital.
• Training on HMS (Hospital Management System) & OAS (Office Automation System) Softwares using in Pak Army.
• Creating Medical Treatment Cards (HMS cards) for patients related to PAK ARMY/PAF/PAK NAVY service/non service holders.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests • Providing technical support to whole Hospital
• Setting up accounts for new users using HMS Software
• Possibly training more junior staff members like new Nursing Staff, newly appointed Doctors.
• Record keeping / lodging complaints .
• Manage daily usage report regarding checking patients on HMS System & creating Patients Medical Treatment cards through HMS Software to GHQ.
