To manage machine shop for timely delivery of machined components to customer
 To exhibit better training, learning and motivational skill in day to day activities.

 To coordinate with contractors, grinding final casting control, labs, maintenance, admin and
other concerned department for smooth functions of the department.
 Keep the moulding line in running condition so as to produce good quality moulds in the
required quantity with the most economical manner.
 To make efforts toward the control of casting`s rejection 4 %
 To study the drawing of different castings.
 Develop and maintain a progressive structure and promote healthy working culture.
 To take a direct role in using Oracle (Data based) software to the fullest extent in support of
production planning.
