Circulate notices of meetings and requests department for contributions of items for the agenda
Prepare agenda items for Management Board meeting in consultation with members.
Preparation of summary of actions after meeting and distribution to all members and relevant departments
Follow up with relevant departments on the action points for loop closure
Preparation of minutes, circulation of record, maintenance of record.
Monitoring of Management committees meeting
Fraud reporting and relevant complaints handling.
Currently working with Management Board of the Bank. Responsibilities include but not limited to presenting agenda and handling Minutes for Management Board Committee and Asset Liability Committee, monitoring Management Committees of the Bank, arranging management level events and management of Incident reporting. Demonstrated history of working in the diversified fields. Which includes work experience in Human Resources, Administration and Executive level tasks. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Communication, Creativity and Market Research. Bachelor's degree focused in Business Administration from University of the Punjab, Lahore. And Mphil degree is continued from same institute to be completed in December 2020.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
To develop and maintain HR strategy within the organization
To ensure timely recruitment of required level of Management staff.
Provide active support in the selection of Recruitment which meets corporate standard.
Ensure Corporate Branding in recruitment webs and advertisements.
Coordinate with COO for increments and promotions of all staff.
Ensure appropriate corporate communication at all staff levels.
To maintain and develop leading edge of HR systems and processes to address the effective management of people in relation to the following in order to maintain competitive advantage for:
1. Performance Management
2. Staff Induction
3. Reward and Recognition
4. Compensation / Benefit programs
Maintenance of personnel records.
