Responsibilities Includes
 Independently manage all activities of assigned clients.
 Efficient revenue cycle management to (RCM) of the assigned clients
To establish and maintain positive long-term relationship with clients.
 Ensuring clients satisfaction by an effective and regular follow
-up on accounts receivable.
 Independently communication client and his office staff
including prompt to their queries and concerns.
 Understanding of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
and working toward positive result for the assign clients agent
all KPIs.
 Striving for optimum utilization of company resources on the
assigned clients and suggesting areas of Improvement.


Deployed software’s Including:
Open Soft, Next Gen, MTBC soft.
 Successfully deployed MTBC soft on off sure offices
And clients side.
Giving proffer training to the client staff/resources
Using the Algo system to provide an easy way of using MTBC soft.
While Providing both written and graphical notes to the client
Resources for easy and better understanding.
 Installation of Open Soft & Next Gen at Company side and giving
Remote access control to the concerns Employees and proffer
Training to Teams Lead of the company.
