 Plan, track and assist in going projects/contracts of the firm  Prepare Material and cost estimates for projects  Procurement of relevant plant and materials and sub-contractor packages  Managing and forecasting spend using Excel type spreadsheets to ensure that the work is kept to budget.  Analysis of labor resource requirements for the project and placement and control of labour and associated costs.  Regular site visits monitoring works progress and ensuring the quality of work is to the required standard.  Managing projects and delivering against contracted targets.  Ensuring that Risk Assessments and Method Statements are prepared and monitored.  Preparation of work in progress reports for submission to the Directors.  Liaising closely with other professionals, including clients, structural engineers, builders, architects and surveyors, and in-house project teams.  Working on a variety of projects within a short period of time.  Meeting with clients for making contracts for the projects to be agreed.

 Plan, track and assist in going projects of general engineering divisions  Prepare Material and cost estimates for production / fabrication  Analysis of new machinery , facilities , equipment and select/recommend feasible solutions  Plan, design and implement strategies to assist optimum inventory levels of production and to allow optimum utilization of raw material and other resources  Prepare and present presentation to top management, track progress of ongoing projects and find bottlenecks to achieve timely completion of projects  Plan and design plant layouts and facilities  Calculation for Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Bill of Material(BOM) and cost estimates  Conducting welding procedure and welding qualification tests  Preparing preliminary WPS , WPS, PQR and WQT certificates  Reviewing quality control tests i.e. NDT tests like MPI, DPT and RT reports

• Monitoring and control of all process activities (chipping, fiber, preparation, drying, dressing and sanding) during shift.
• To ensure the safe operation of technical machinery like Hot press, Defiberator, Precompressor and chippers.
• To Run the Material Requirement planning (mrp) in sap software.
• Responsible to reduce the rejection rate and rework volume

• Responsible to receive material from stores and maintain inventory control
• To ensure Production and raw material planning and scheduling as per target.
• Preparation of Daily Preventive Checklist.
• To keep record and followup of spare requirement, consumption on daily basis.
• To implement safety procedures and policies in department.
• Preparation of Flow Charts, Equipments Drawing and Block Diagram of Plants as per requirement.
• To ensure availability of Stand by equipments.
• Supervise the Mechanical maintenance staff regarding required breakdown maintenance to resolve the problem during shift.
