Installation of the electrical and electronic system for the automated machines.
 Performing day to day task, day to day tasks includes determining standards and
policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection, and
maintenance, inspecting plant and machinery to ensure optimum performance,
directing the maintenance of plant buildings and equipment, scheduling and
planning production activities.
 Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate and working
properly.
 Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.
 Diagnosing and fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed.
 Providing guidance for preventative and repair maintenance to ensure that plant
operations are able to meet output quotas and deadlines.
 Ensure inventory of critical spare parts and equipment is maintained to provide
minimum disruption in operations.
 Providing engineering planning reports, action plans, and contingency planning
for Plant maintenance.
 Providing support to ensure that plant operations meet environmental and safety
protocols in a cost-effective manner
 Operations of the Fanuc Robot and TMG Packaging machines and filling
machines installed.
 Provided back support to the CFTspa team for the commissioning and installation
of the plant.
