Manager Planning and Warehouse (Supply Chain Department, Transformer Factor
Skillfully examined inventory, OTD, excess, and obsolete materials, compared raw materials consumption with warehouse issues and productions at every month-end and confirm the variations, and retained SAR 350M inventory per year.
Identify areas for expansion and improvement and organize with sales and operational teams to identify problems and implement solutions for the improvement in the processes. Design detailed sourcing & procurement strategies, detailed plans for excess and obsolete stock utilization, as well as detailed project activities in line with the customer requirment. Actively liaise with purchase, business planning, design, and marketing/sales personnel to deliver order to the customer within time.
