Key Responsibilities:-
-Responsible to assist HOD in various functions of HR from recruitment, induction to exit, and for providing full administrative support to the HOD. Also involved in the day to day-to-day running of the HR office.
-Responding employees’ queries.
-Identifying job vacancies, preparing job advertisement according to the requirement.
-Organizing resumes and job applications.
-Conducting initial interview on phone.
-Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
-Preparing Monthly Recruitment Report for Management review.
-Screening phone calls, e-mails and letters.
-Set up personal files for all new staff and ensure that files for existing staff are kept up-to-date.
-Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
-Writing up contracts including terms and conditions.
-Updating the employment status.
-Completing termination paperwork and such formalities.
-Process routine HR operations e.g. leave advisories, probationary letters, contract letters, service letters, condolence letters etc.
-Completing the paper work when employee goes on privileged leave, study leave or maternity leave.
-Taking minutes at meetings.
-Preparing monthly leave record of employees, updating the leave balance, leave and tardy marking in the attendance register.
-Making coordination with various departments.
Administer the day to day operations of Junior Section.
-Work collaboratively with the colleagues to construct benchmark lessons and through inspirational leadership and management, develop a shared vision and strategic plan that inspires and motivates the stakeholders.
-Create a safe and productive learning environment which is engaging for all students.
-Monitor students\' progress.
-Prepare weekly reports on students\' performance.
-Organize and implement the curriculum and meeting the duties of teaching as outlined in policies.
