Assist with procurement activities and help identify most suitable procurement strategies to meet the identified equipment/service needs, in close liaison with Serena Hotels and AGA Khan Development operations team.
Conduct procurement processes leading to development of suitable procurement tools, systems, mechanisms and contracts that will ensure timely delivery of equipment/services to beneficiaries fulfilling the identified requirements
Carry out regular reviews to ensure the quality, pricing, yields.
Maintaining good relations with preexisting suppliers and identifying new potential suppliers.
Monitoring the quality of services provide by the suppliers and forecast price trends and their impact on future activities.
Support travel arrangement for AKRSP staff between head office and regional offices.
Assist supervisor in managing boarding and lodging arrangements for AKRSP staff and guests
Maintenance of fixed asset register, inventory list, vehicle logbook and attendance register.
Maintaining and updating staff files with complete HR documents including contracts.
Processing of payment requests by vendors/suppliers including preparation of cheques.
Managing and handling cash and petty cash expenses.
