 Leading the team of quality lab assistants in assuring the overall quality and integrity of multiple products being manufactured.  Responsible for maintaining all aspects of site quality management. Managing all regulatory compliance activities and implementing quality assurance policies and best practice principals covering the safety, design, production and inspection.  Evaluate department processes, recommend process and product improvements.  Making trend analysis on defects for improving the process qualification.  Responsible for investigation and closure of all consumer complaints after review with all the relevant stakeholders and maintaining CAPA processes.  Conducting product and process risk assessments based on their RPN and their corrective actions.  Implementing QMS at site as per ISO 9001: 2015, FSSC 22000, along with conducting internal audits and facilitating in external audits (Third party audits and customer based audits).  Responsible for making laboratory operations accurately and precisely.  Responsible for training of laboratory employees on new equipment’s testing and accurately working.  To make sure the consistent quality of product from incoming raw material to finished product. Quality as per agreed standards with supplier and customers.  Participating in PP meeting to ensure the new developments and product processes.

▪ Oversee all quality control and quality assurance operations, including team 
assignments, support of junior QC analysts, completion annual performance reviews 
and ensuring quality management system is maintained on site.
▪ Work to agreed quality standards and customer satisfaction.
▪ Troubleshooting and calliberation of all the quality control equipments including 
Gas Chromatograph, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, Moisture Penetration Analyzer, Oxygen 
Transmission analyzer, Universal Testing Machine, Densiometer Xrite, etc.
▪ Troubleshooting of production processes at the machines for smooth flow of 
production.
▪ Liaise with suppliers on quality matters, complaints and consistency of material.
▪ Solving the customer complaints technically including RCA and CAPA and giving 
them beneficial solutions.
▪ Interface directly with customers to determine appropriate QC requirements prior to 
production run, provide quality assurance information throughout production run 
and ensure customer satisfaction at project completion.
▪ Participate in critical Analysis meetings and assist in the Engineering and procured 
items.
▪ New developments for high barrier films combinations and improving procedures 
for better testing and reduving the process waste.
▪ Developments and consistent production on wax coating of paper (Bubble gum, 
Soap) and medicine packaging (Alu ALu Foil, Blister Foil, Rigid PVC) and its 
consistent quality.
▪ Perform quarterly testing and optimization analysis on QC equipment to ensure 
correct operational performance and results.
