I am responsible for the design, creation, configuration and delivery of cloud infrastructure environments using best practices and a proactive strategy. My role include all technological aspects associated with cloud computing technology stack including:

• Architecture;

• Security, design.

• Administer and troubleshoot Amazon Web Services (AWS) Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), system or data integration, server performance, and HW and SW releases

• Managing Version Control Systems (git, bitbucket)

• Planning, management, maintenance and support.

• Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and
operating systems.

• Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid
management in making implementation decisions.

• Conduct research on software and systems products to justify recommendations and to support
purchasing efforts.

• Interact and negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure system-related
products and services.

? Providing technical knowledge & support of LMKT owned products and solutions to the LMKT sales teams, Deployment team, and End Customers
? Consults with potential customers on the proper use & application of products and solutions.
? Assists in developing new business, provides product/solutions application and technical validation

? Responsible for providing potential customers with technical support for solution design, network architecture development, validation, implementation, and overall integration of products

• Performing corrective and Preventive Maintenance actions recommended by Quality Assurance Team for the resolution of non-compliance with standards detected through monitoring and auditing of processes and procedures

• analyzing, evaluating and diagnosing technical problems and issues such as installation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and configuration and troubleshooting of desktops, software, hardware, printers, Internet, email, databases, operating systems and security systems
• installation & administration of Windows NT, Windows 2008 Domain Controllers, Active Directory Design & Architecture, File/Print/Database Servers
• Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
• Assists conducting quality audit inspections, and analyzing and reviewing systems, data and documentation
