 Process janitorial staff salary through HR department to TPC (third party contract).
 Maintain Fuel records.
 Maintain record of company vehicles i.e. yearly monitoring fee, tax payments records, and maintenance expenses.
 Maintain Gate Pass book & GRR of Admin department.
 Visiting cards of new hiring and other employees as needed.
 Assist in resolving any administrative problems
 Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails.
 Arrange travel and accommodations for guest.
 Prepare reports and presentations, as assigned.
 Preparing regular administrative reports.
 Provide general administrative support including mailing, faxing and copying to management.
