It is an Administration position and the role is Management of packing, Warehouses, printing department and to support office in different activities. The role include Managing performance and training, supervising activities of employees, maintaining team( Hiring and separation) and make sure availability of all resources to carry out operations, Report to Upper management, planning and scheduling daily activities. The aim of the role is to facilitate work flow and provide all the necessary support that help achieving objectives of Organisation.
• Responsible for overall administrative activities of the company
• Drafting demand sheets for purchasing and served as a point of contact
• Preparation, recording and posting of purchase invoices, payment schedule and cheques.
• Payroll workings including calculation of withholding tax on salaries and EOBI.
• Calculation of withholding tax from supplier and service providers.
• Extraction of Trial Balance and extended Trial Balance.
• Preparation of accounts using Excel and QuickBooks software
