My responsibilities include:

Project Management, Facility Management and Contractual Management of the Ongoing Projects.
Maintain a record of the Design Consultant(s) submittals and control the submittals/correspondence received from the Design Consultant(s) in a timely manner through construction management softwares.
Follow-up on all engineering and construction activities of the finishing contractors and report to the Program Manager for any potential risks in regard to cost, time and quality.
Material reviews, approvals and testing procedures (indoor and outdoor) incompliance with project specification and relevant standards ASTM/ANSI/ACI and preparation of all the finishing work tender packages in coordination with the designers and the procurement department.
Follow-up with the supervision team on the review of contractor\'s submittals and the quality of installation on site and Preparation of Quality Control Plan including ITP and Checklists.
Projects Execution, Construction Quality Control and stringent follow-up.
Establishing project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within parameters of corporate policy.
Assess the procurement department in the technical evaluation of the finishing tender package.
Oversee budgetary, scheduling, and project databases, and report regularly to program manager on progress as well as on problems that could significantly affect cost or schedule
Manage compliance with standards and specifications for quality control and assurance.
Review & finalize contractor’s work methodologies.
Review documentation of sub-contractors, manufacturers and suppliers in-accordance to the local requirements.
Capacity building of contractor’s staff, presentation and coordination meetings
Coordination between MEP and Construction departments
Issuance of Letters, Site instructions & Non-compliance reports along with reviewing proposed  rectification methods and follow-up
Pre-final, final inspection and punch list
Verifying RFIs (request for inspection) after thorough inspection of related activity
Close-out documentation.

My responsibilities include:

Manage the coordination process between the Architectural activities and all other project trades.
Ensure that all Project Design Documents are controlled, recorded, and filed as per contact requirements.
I have Completed several Projects construction schedule.
I have negotiated with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules.
Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
I have done Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
I have done Tracking of activities w.r.t BOQ’s.

I am being in a role of Project Engineer in PMO for MAVEN Project LLP subsidiary of October.ae and My responsibilities include:

Monitor the performance of the Design Consultant(s) to ensure the Design correctness and completeness as well as compliance with the scope of work requirements.
Propose alternative materials/systems to improve the Design Operation, Future Maintenance and Construction Cost.
Projects execution from soil investigation to handing over/taking over of the project.
Executing the construction activities of the finishing contractors and report to the Program Manager for any potential risks in regard to cost, time and quality.
Pre and Post QA/QC Inspections & Coordination.
Review and comment on all drawings and documents submitted by the Design consultant and ensure the incorporation of all revisions on all documents through softwares and maintain record.
Maintaining Occupational Safety and Health for the under-construction projects.
Site instructions & Non-compliance reports along with reviewing proposed  rectification methods.
Follow-up with the supervision team on the performance of contractor\'s works and the quality of installation on site and documentation such as submittals.

Naqvi & Siddiquie is the oldest Architectural Engineering Consultant Firms of the Pakistan and have a vast experience of Managing the construction and Architectural Design from Villas to high rise Structures in Pakistan.My responsibilities include the following duties;

Preparation of questionnaire for pre-qualification of the Design Consultants and Construction Contractors, assist in carrying out the pre-qualification and recommending a bidders list.
Coordinate with the concerns for technical support required to ensure the correctness and completeness of the Design.
Manage multiple construction projects at one given time, prepare construction progress reports for all projects on everyday basis, and manage all communication with contractors and project managers and clients.
Lead team in replying to bidders’ clarifications, and attending technical meetings with bidders during Tender stage.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
I have provided technical solutions as and when required.

I have performed supervisory role for construction activities of the ongoing projects. My responsibilities include the following duties;
