Currently, I am serving as Manager MIS Unit in Finance Division. In this capacity, my job responsibilities are as under:
• Arranging data extraction for end users.
• Liaison with software developers for data extraction, report format designs.
• Assessing report requirements and conveying the report designs/ formats to the software developers.
• Verification of Reports before these can be made available for ends users though the core banking system.
• Preparation of status updates for Reports & Data requests including Daily, Weekly and monthly progress reports for management review purposes.
• Obtaining timelines for development of new reports and modification in existing reports. Monitoring of timelines and liaison with ITG for reports or fresh timelines wherever required.
• Review of reports in OBI and coordinating with the stakeholders for their consent regarding discontinuance and removal of redundant MIS reports from the OBI server.
• Maintaining up to date list of MIS reports formats which have been coded by the respective Divisions/ Controlling offices of the bank.

 Islamic Banking Operations, Head Office, Islamabad

I have served as Manager in Islamic Banking Operations, Head Office and directly reporting to Head IB-Operations. In this capacity my job responsibilities were as under:

• Approving e-kyc forms as Regional Operations Manager ( being the nominee of Head- Islamic Operations)
• Amendments in Schedule of Bank Charges.
• Processing approvals for opening of high risk customer accounts.
• Processing approvals for opening of branches.
• Providing guidance to branches on day to day issues.
• Processing of approvals for income reversals.
• Processing audit ratification requests.
• Review of Audit Reports and providing guidance to branches for early closure of Audit Reports.
