Guide, train and monitor LAS teams in the implementation of communications and PI activities, and in close coordination with related projects/units participate in the recruitment of additional staff and contracting of service providers when necessary. Conduct trainings for targeted staff to enhance their skills in content creation (photography, videography, and story-writing) and raise awareness about LAS standards in public information and communication and ensure that they are trained in donor specific requirements when applicable, and best practices.
Participate in internal and external meetings as required and prepare talking points, presentation for these meetings, as required.
