Attend the meeting, along with the marketing manager, with the customer, concerning the order.
Note down the specs and customer preferences
Develop factory order, which includes pictures, sketch, specification, colour schemes and quantity mentioned.
Report to the factory manager, concerning any problem, change in specs or sizes or color etc.
Follow up the customers, during the development of the factory order.
