JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain MSL & Control all the inventories of Raw Paper, Impregnated Paper & Chemicals being use and consume at LIR & SHG.
Keep Check movement of stock from IN and OUT at LIR warehouses.
Maintain ^ check all physical ^ SAP stock should be match.
To check ^ maintain the record of inventory transfer, GRNs, Landed Cost & issuance receipts of all materials.
To be responsible of Physical & SAP Stock internal or external audits.
To undertake the functions of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members.
Implement and Maintain the FIFO System.
Ordering of Raw decorative paper, Foil paper, Melamine & PE Films on the basis of consumption, Forecasting & Road Mapping.
Training of Jr. Staff.
Responsible for maintaining of LIR warehouses & assets.
Any other task assigned by management.

Processing of IST (Inter Store Transaction) of items in database with proper documentation.
Responsible to update the system inventory of towards B2B/Export orders according to their requirements.
Inventory analysis of demands from branches.
Maintain daily stock requirements from branches.
Ensuring that new articles are promptly dispatched to the related braches.
Monitor and follow up on timely resolve the customer complaints.
Plan and execute the route plan for stock deliveries to the local retailers in south region.
Plan and execute the route plan for stock deliveries to the branches and franchises all over the Pakistan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reordering of all business critical and normal spares, consumables, safety items to ensure timely presence for smooth plant operations in coordination with Maintenance and other departments as per defined polices.
Plan & Execute Projects for Continuous Improvement as per assignment.
Provides shift coverage for receipt and Issuance of raw material, spares, consumables and safety items during day and night as per schedule for direct charge and stock items.
Supervise loading and unloading activities for receiving stock and direct charge items.

INVENTORY CONTROL, REORDER PLANNING & FORECASTING
Assist for safety critical items, Stock Item creation, replenishment, and physical count processes.
Ensure that new items or changes in existing items are promptly added in SAP with relevant attributes.
Ensure that ordering and replenishment (Local and Foreign) is done as per procedure such that defined service levels are maintained and stock outs are minimized.
(i) Coordinate with Warehouse operations to ensure stock-outs are minimized.
(ii) Reordering should be done at least weekly on issuance basis.
Custodian for cataloging all Direct Charge (other than stock) items.
Follow up with end user to ensure revision of submitted quotations and queries received from purchase for all business critical and normal spares, consumables & safety items.
Follow up with purchasing to make sure that LPR's are processed into PO's
Follow up with purchasing to ensure delivery dates for all consignments are available and passed to Warehouse operations.
Timely process the MIVs (Material Issuance Voucher) to maintain updated inventory level in system (SAP).
Follow receiving process (receipt, inspection, coding, binning, docs dispatch for billing) as per procedure.
Assist users to issue Project left over material and document.
