I have professional experience of Social Mobilization, Formation of Community Organizations, Need assessment of beneficiaries, Verification of the selected beneficiaries, Distribution of Food and other NFIs, Conducting capacity building trainings, awareness sessions, Monitoring and supervision, documentation, & presentation of the project activities. Conducting and completing of QUALITATIVE and QUANTITATIVE surveys such as Base line, KAP & Post distribution. Alongside, FGDS have been conducted by me during my job.

• Introduction and orientation of project to the target communities.
• To conduct Broad Based Community Meetings (BBCM) at the grass root (village) level.
• To form Village development committees
• To develop trust, tolerance and co-operation among community members also to motivate villagers to organize themselves into village development committees;

• To ensure participation and facilitate village development committees in identification of needs and beneficiaries;
