I have worked in many organizations NRSP, SPO and currently working with islamic Relief Pakistan, during this period I have worked in different projects and also involved in implementation of different projects. Recently I am designated as Project Manager NPGP. I have a great communication, Leadership, presentation and reporting skills. After NRSP worked with SPO as Project Coordinator 1for the digitalization of the R&R tool of TB DoTs funded by Bill Millenda Gates Foundation. Now Working with Islamic Pakistan at Quetta Office as Project Coordinator. The project aims is Reduction Poverty in the Semi urban areas of Quetta District.

· Prepare Project Implementation Manual for the Project.
· Planning for the project activities.
· Coordination with line and Govt Department (Health, Education Social Welfare Department).
· Coordination meeting with district teams and field staffs.

· Attend meetings with Additional Chief Secretary for approval of the project workplan.
· Attend international mission for the project interventions.

Senior Programme Officer M&E
· Preparing strategic plans for expanding and Resource Mobilization for new program / Projects to strengthen the depth and breadths of NRSP.
· Supervising the District Staffs and participating in the Program Planning Meetings at each field units to ensure proper implementation of NRSP plan and project targets; ensure women and youth participation in all interventions.
· Developing proposals on different themes as per ground reality.
· Developing reporting and monitoring systems for all projects and programs that are implemented in the Districts/Regions assigned;
· Facilitate the team for youth interventions especially for Peace, Pluralism and Harmony.
· Developing and maintaining a work culture that incorporates team.
· Endorse and facilitate team for promoting Balochi Cultural heritage (Tangible and intangible) among women and youth especially.
Facilitate team for Implementation of SM, LEP, Health and Education of program for poverty Reduction by PPAF and Italian Government.
Regional Professional M&E
· Submitted narrative as well as quantitative report for the projects/program.
· Guide and support the team in implementation of project and spend more time in the field.
· Responsible for monitoring and planning of project activities.
· Preparation of MER plan, quarterly and annual report and other activities in collaboration, data consolidation work on community priority needs.
· Developing case studies to strengthen information base for programme planning and designing for youth and women.
· Conducting feasibility studies, cost benefits and cost effectiveness studies on NRSP Programme inputs.
· Pictorial and audiovisual record maintenance for before and after comparison of programme activities.
· Facilitate the field team to identify the poor and marginalized group for assets provision.
· Compilation of Monthly and quarterly progress reports.
· Monitor the all programmatic activities in all 5 districts of NRSP.
Facilitate the District heads in all programmatic issue and interventions.
Vice Principal
I was the vice principal of the FC Public school at Turbat and resposible for the management side and also classes of 9th and 10th classes specially science subjects.
