This position provides Recruitment Support to Jazz Talent Acquisition Managers in managing Recruitment Cycle for Business Services and Commercial Divisions; Initial reviewing and shortlisting of quality profiles from online application tracking system (Lever); Schedule interviews and make relevant arrangements for interviews; Provides guidance to hiring manager’s and applicant’s quarries; Facilitates all stakeholders to ensure TATs are achieved. These responsibilities are carried out WITH the objective to provide maximum possible support to hire the best culturally fit talent for the organization and to provide support to talent acquisition process through pre-hire activities WITHIN the limits of organization’s policies and procedures, functional / departmental objectives, SOPs and best practices.
This role entails providing recruitment support to TAMs in:
 Initial/passive shortlisting- for interns and L1 PositionsÂ
 Interview scheduling- (includes; interview calls to candidates, send email invite to candidates, calendar invites to interviewers, book rooms for interviews, send email intimation to Line Managers of internal candidates & share interviews summary with all stakeholders/TAMs)
 Archiving Closed Positions- once TAMs shares the details like name of hired candidate, position title & requisition number
 Phone Screen shortlisted candidates

Additional/occasional support provided:Â
 Provide profile summary for L4 level positions, when requested
 Provide initial shortlisting support for L2 plus positions, when requested
Cross Functional Learning:
 Create programs for Trainings at Cross Knowledge platformÂ
 Coordinating and locking calendars of Internal Experts, to invite them as a guest speaker in sessions. Â
mapping and writing HR policies and procedures as per ISO certification requirements
