Leading QMS section (FSSC, HFMS, EMS, URSA, ISO 17025 & SQM) for both plants (BHP and RYK):
1. Execution of internal and external audits by aligning with internal departments and CBs
2. Internal and external trainings as per TNA (aligned with HODs and HR)
3. Documents updating / creating / distribution / discarding
4. Ensuring compliance of forward and backward traceability
5. Risk assessment with the help of audit team (HACCP, TACCP & VACCP)
6. Vendor development and assessing with the help of procurement team

7. Chemicals management (issuance, handling and storage as MSDS)
8. Preparations of secondary chemicals and standardization
9. Glassware and equipment calibration (calibration verification as per frequency) for field and plant labs
10. Microbial analysis of Milk and milk products (incoming, on-line and finished) and production environment and personal hygiene, and recommending necessary changes accordingly.

12. Shelf life study of products week wise and helping R&D for seasonal changes in products behavior
