Leading QMS section (FSSC, HFMS, EMS, URSA, ISO 17025 & SQM) for both plants (BHP and RYK):
1. Execution of internal and external audits by aligning with internal departments and CBs
2. Internal and external trainings as per TNA (aligned with HODs and HR)
3. Documents updating / creating / distribution / discarding
4. Ensuring compliance of forward and backward traceability
5. Risk assessment with the help of audit team (HACCP, TACCP & VACCP)

15. Root cause analysis of complaints with the help of plant and sales teams and preparing CAPA and implementing on floor to avoid recurrence of problems
