Responsible for:
Managing flow of information between Area, Regional and Head Office.
Ensure implementation of decisions and policies at Regional and Area office level.
Providing support to education team for suave execution of projects and training.
Develop linkages and networking with Government, Non-government and private agencies.
Preparing strategic development plan annually.
Feasibility for assessing suitability of establishing TCF School.

To carry out secondary research for feasibility and to provide support in data analysis for project\'s impact assessment.
To prepare quarterly and final donor report.
To assist the grants team in grant documentation for scaling up of project.
