District Project Engineer
Lead and manage technical teams and assignments.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes recommending actions.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends recommending actions.

Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
District Engineer
Design power system facilities and equipment and coordinates construction, operation, and maintenance of electric power generating, receiving, and distribution stations, transmission lines, and distribution systems equipment. Design and plans the layout of generating plants, transmission & distribution lines and receiving distribution stations.
Direct preparation of, or prepares drawings & specific type of equipment and materials to be used, in construction equipment installation.
MHP Engineer
Coordination with partners for project activity planning and implementation. Conducting Surveys and physical feasibilities for implementation of project activities.
Accurate designing of MHP\'s as per available resources.
Layout plans estimates costs for constructing transmission lines high-tension facilities for carrying power from a source to distributing points
Devise steel and wood supporting structures for cables draws a sketch showing their location
Perform detailed engineering calculations to draw up construction specifications, like cable sag, pole strength, and necessary grounding
Overall Designing and Estimation of Transmission & Distribution lines.
Electro-mechanical Designing and Estimation.
Installation of MHP’S (Micro Hydel power projects) in different rural areas. Firsthand experience in Generation, HT transmission lines and Distribution. Installation of Step up and Step down transformers, HT Panels, and LT Panels.
Installation of ELC (Electronic load controller) and Load Governor System. Compiling Estimates, Field Visit reports, TOPs and Vendors Contracts for complete documentation and file work
Mobilization of far & flung remote communities for social cognition and development.
