Responsible of database of total (3,500) staff members in FATA, ranking from Agency division to Union Council and Area level employees.
Liaising with field staff regarding work related issues and complaints
Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures and reporting
Generating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Administering staff data and maintaining record for client reporting and database
Undertaking field visits in case of frequency of the case termination / resign
Follow-up with Agencies staff for submission of data for reports.
Maintain and regular update of staff at EOC level and ensure data upload by Agency/FR and sub agency level staff.
Manage the preparation and maintenance of staff personnel file/ record and data entry in HRIS.
Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of HRIS.
Provides HRIS related assistance and support others on difficult assignments and/or problems as directed.
Preparation and execution of all training plans and updating training database.
Coordination with Finance department and relevant staff members for timely disbursement of salaries and DSC allowance.
Managing staff letters (disciplinary action, promotion, resignation acceptance etc.) and periodic reporting to senior supervisor.
Manage the overall staff account opening activities, and maintenance of payroll adjustment file.
Designing of exit interviews and orientation from
Conducting exit interviews and reporting
Updating leave record of all staff members and generating leave reports.
Preparing monitoring plans for staff attendance.
Coordination and implementation of training plans and generating relevant reports.
Review staff attendance and monitoring form.
Managing M&E and training data a
Provides information by answering communications; referring special communications to appropriate person.
Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, résumés, and applicant logs.
Preparing long & short lists, ensure communication with candidates, screening applicants; conducting tests & interviews and ensuring new employee’s paper work is documented in accordance with organizational policies; keep record of reserved candidates, preparation of decision notes & scoring sheets,
Perform activities like Long-listing, Warning-Termination database, and assistance to P.O in weekly reports generation.
Conduct interviews and training sessions especially in (FATA).
Provide information of newly-hired staff members (FATA) to Head Office for issuance of contracts.
Assistance to Payroll Manager in account opening of Newly-Hired staff members (FATA).
Maintains database for Staff Training, including Induction and refresher trainings and assist S.P.O in (Trained and Un-trained database).
Enrolls new employees by issuing forms and applications; verifying completion.
Helps employees by explaining benefit programs and process employee information and status updates, maintaining employee information within the HR database and payroll system, ensuring data integrity.
