Responsible for the Preparation of Annual budget & Long-term business plans for 3 years & 5 years.
Prepare financial review of business on Profitability, Revenue, Cost, OPEX & economic indicators for management reporting.
Prepare financial models to evaluate business proposals in budgeting & rolling forecast.
Support effective decision-making process on business proposals with feasibility study & review of variables considered in budget proposals.
Lead the pricing structure & costing of all products (SKUs) in the company’s portfolio.
Perform in-depth analysis of operating expenses and overheads and prepare comparison with last year results and budget forecast.
Organize and direct the Cost reduction activities by maintaining Business process improvement.
Supervising and monitoring the bill of material (BOM) of local parts and local consumables.
Determining the cost of local parts and consumable items and directing negotiation with vendors.
Prepare Stock valuation report on monthly basis. 

Roles and Responsibilities
Worked as Assistant Manager Costing in an esteemed organization in FMCG industry. My prime responsibilities at Habib oil mills included:
Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and performance measurement reports, Compare and analyze financial data with Management Accounts which includes budgets, income statement & forecasts etc. on account of company\'s financial position for management review.
Preparation of monthly financial forecast of the company along with analysis of budget & actual results.
Develop & maintain price structure & costing for all products in the company\'s portfolio.
Preparation of variance analysis reports and investigating the reasons of variances for cost control purpose.
Preparing Withholding Statement of salary and other than salary relating to payments of goods and services, Computation of duly withholding of taxes and subsequently submitted to FBR.
Managing account payable cycle from vendor payments to withholding of taxes and subsequently deposit with government treasury.
Preparing Ageing analysis report of creditors.
Supervising the Disbursement of field force/employees expenses.
Prepare the Financial Statements &Maintenance of books relating to Employees Provident Funds.
Preparing and Analyzing the proper profit distribution & investment relating to Employee Provident Funds.
