Facilitating the external auditors and compliance department.

Preparation of withholding income tax return on monthly basis & submission statement
in iris & payment to FBR.
Verification & Checking of Income TAX payable withheld for monthly Income Tax Return.
Preparation of Punjab sales tax return on monthly basis & submission to PRA.
Preparing of sales tax withholding certificates of commission parties when required.
Providing sales and income tax challans to creditors.
Implementation of Garment Division HRM (Payroll) ERP Module.
Payment to Suppliers (Store & Commission) on monthly basis.
Preparing of Bank Reconciliation statement on daily & monthly basis and other
discrepancies when they occur.
Preparation of Daily Parties Position Report (DPP).
Audit of all documents including Payment & Receipt vouchers.
Import Opening of LC/FTT, Amendments, Submitting E.I.F, Retirements, Duty
Payments, Reconciliations, Record Keeping, Follow-ups, etc.
Working for Pledge and Release of cotton/Yarn from bank
Planning and Management of funds for the Day including transfers, RTGS, bank
balances, Cotton Payments.
Monthly mill accruals including daily wages, canteen subsidy, electricity, sui gas,
telephone, electricity duty, packing, E.O.B.I, PESSI.
Maintenance of Company Bank Accounts.
Insurance Policies, Endorsements, Reconciliations, Payments, Record Keeping,
Accruals, Follow-ups, etc.
Preparation of different reports as and when required by the Management.
Any other responsibility assigned by HOD.

Monthly deducted Withholding tax report of vendors, lessors and salaried person in FBR.
Daily Payment Request Report to CEO.
Payment to Suppliers on monthly basis.
Deal Vendors Accounts (Supplier/Services) regarding invoices, tax, aging, their payments
and advances.
Reconciliation of Inter Banks, Bank Reconciliation, and other discrepancies when they
occur.
Account Reconciliation with Franchise, References
Imprest, Suspense accounts, & Cash in hand, Ledger Reconciliation.
GL (General Ledger) accounting reconciliation and to tally with Trial Balance for final
accounts.
Vouchers Management.
Any other responsibility assigned by HOD.
