 Facilitating and Planning of credit Disbursement  Planning towards target achievement  Supervise & Manage to recover credit Recovery on Due time.  Organization and Training and conducting sessions on different component (e.g: on utilization and repayment of credit recovery )  Verification of credit cases  Team Management  provide feedback to program participants and management  To insure and Disburse credit on policy of organization  manage office budget and look after on office expenses  Data Verification & Reporting to higher authorities  Identification of credit client and area  Conduct social and Technical Appraisal of credit client  Recover Recovery on Due Date  To make credit cases according to policy of organization  To maintain credit manual record at branch  Deposit credit recovery in bank  handling Financial expenditures ,  preparing of vouchers, daily cash closing,  Making Strong coordination and facilitation to the staff.  Keeping good relation with the stake holders and work with community Closely  Initiate intervention according to resolution passed by the CO in meeting  Ensure that the program Activities are Implemented effectively according to the Assigned goal and Objective  Communicate with Higher Authorities regarding Activities  Data Verification & Reporting to higher authorities  Write field notes in shape of daily dairy
