Configure and encrypt laptop\'s using symantec software.
Install, configure and troubleshoot the printers and update its software.
Manages the Call Center applications and provide the IT support services 24/7.
Maintain the Network connectivity and ensure the high availability.
Manage the IT assets records and inventory.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects.
Monitor the data center\'s servers and switches.
