1- Doctors Recruitment Automation System:
Its an automation of day to day business of a recruitment agency in medical domain. The
system is used by job entry team on client premises where new jobs are pushed into the
system. All new jobs are matched against candidate preferences and profiles already set
up in the system. Qualifying candidates receive job notifications, and they can apply on
jobs. Job applications that are compliant against a set criteria are automatically
forwarded to the hospitals, so the role of a recruiter is eliminated in the whole process.
