Recruitment and Selection
Planning and organize HR development plans.
Conduct Recruitment& Selection
Resume screening and Conducting Initial interviews.
Make JD\'s, Organograms and SOP\'s etc
On Board Orientation session for new employees.
Conduct Performance Appraisal.
Conduct exit interviews and keeps feedback of employees.
Initiate and conduct activities for employer branding with the approval of Top management.
Assist top management in talent acquisition and succession planning for employees’ development.
Ensuring Training & Development activities by arranging training logistics, coordinating in role play & activities, also plan out sourced training\'s.
Verification of daily attendance and payroll.
Deal with daily basis disciplinary/grievances and complex HR issues.
Assist in compliance audit from Social perspective by maintaining employee records.
