·Essential Job Responsibilities:
The Data Management Officer is responsible to assist the MEL Team, for collecting and organizing data of Public-School Students, ALP Learners, Vocational Trainees, and CMW of PREP ALL project. Moreover, the Data Management Officer will be responsible to acquire the hard profiling record program participants and maintain the files.

Work closely with project staff to maintain and enter the data of project’s statistical record (Students Profiling) for Public-School Students, ALP Learners, Vocational Trainees, and CMW in database regularly.
Ensure that the project team using the already developed data collection tools and the forms are being filled properly and signed by the relevant team members
Ensure Data Quality Standards (DQS) on the data and check the Validity, Integrity, Precision, Reliability, and Timeliness of collected data in coordination with MEL Officer and relevant Project Officers
Provide timely guidance to the project team related to quality of the data gathered from the field to ensure the data quality standards
Conduct field visits to cross check, analyze and validate data as and when required
Review of project record during visits at public-schools, ALP centers, and training institutes and share deficiencies with Project team for improvement.
Remove anomalies in data and ensure consistency after reviewing data in hard and soft
Upload project databases on MEL Team Folder using MS Teams and share with the project and finance team
Prepare data of program participants in all activities for Annual Participation Count and share with Sr. MEL Officer
Work closely with MEL Officer on data entry of assessments, surveys, rapid appraisals, and Pre-Post Questionnaire
Support the MEL Assistant in scanning the MOVs and uploading the MEL Team Folder on MS Teams
Support the Sr. MEL Officer in updating project indicators on TOLA and upload evidence to support the progress of indicators
Support MEL Officer in executing Post Distribution Monitoring and other assessments
Provide extensive support to the external evaluators during baseline, midline, and endline surveys
Support Sr. MEL Officer by providing the data and updated figures of the project activities for producing info graphs and other related visual contents.
Support Sr. MEL Officer by producing quarterly data related reports, interpretation of the data and report generation on format/graphs/tables to a set template in PowerPoint and/or other reporting formats for donor/periodic reporting.
Assist MEL Officer in carrying out of monitoring visits as and when required
Follow all organization SOPs on Safety and Security while conducting the activities in the assigned areas of   catchment of Population (Health Facility/ community/ office)
Attend all refresher training sessions and meetings with other members of the project as required.
Other relevant duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
 
A.     Facilitate Mobilization Phase 
·         Support District Coordinator (DC)/Area Coordinator (AC) in handing over and taking over of tablets to the field enumerator on daily basis. You will be responsible for ensuring safe return of tablets provided to the field staff.
·         Attend meetings / trainings requested by AC/DC as and when required. 
·        Ensure understanding of overall project, NSER guidelines and other related aspect
B. Logistics & Operations 
·         Lead and manage team members of Enumerators and Social Mobilizer.
·         Support DC/AC in ensuring all logistic requirements availability (right human resources/ field staff and physical resources including enumeration kits including name tags, printed receipts, village maps, tablets etc.) to undertake the survey within the timelines agreed in the contract;
·         Ensure field teams are aware about whom to contact in case of an emergency situation.
·        Ensure transport is arranged for field teams as per the requirements and logistic plan.
·         Follow up and report to DC/AC on any requests of information made by BISP monitoring teams
·         Responsible for ensuring field visits to verify/re-collect information and/or carry out re trainings of field teams and/or carry out communication / social mobilization activities if shortfalls are indicated by AASA Consulting or BISP assigned monitoring teams. 
·        Timely reporting of issues faced on the field to DC/AC.
·        Recruitment process and documentation to be completed including initial test and post training evaluation along with personal guarantors
C. Administering Door to Door Survey and Ensure Timely Monitoring & Quality Assurance
·        Follow up and ensure that the field teams deputed to you are introducing the purpose of the survey to the households/ communities during the actual enumeration/survey, using standard posters and leaflets provided by BISP.
·        Supervise door-to-door NSER survey being carried out on prescribed application (software) using android based tablet devices. 
·        Follow the monitoring system shared by DC/AC and ensure the quality of information collected through field enumeration, 100% coverage of the households in the assigned area, quality of training and effectiveness of communication activities;
·        . Undertake overall planning of the targeting process in support with area coordinator including username creation for individual enumerators, provision of receipts to enumerators and maintaining record. 
·         Clear callbacks and conduct validation (going inside house) of the sampled households Hold regular meetings with team before and after completion of work each day;
·        Responsible for validating 4% of the completed ERFs of each enumerator working under him/her
·        Generate regular reports on survey activities on the forms prescribed by area coordinator and head office for monitoring and tracking of activities;
·        Carryout the household listing exercise and update village maps and route maps for field teams. 
·        Ensure 100% carpet coverage of households in the area and take especial care to cover small communities.
·        Take corrective measure for issues identified by internal/external monitors including BISP (HQ/field offices)
