Development of Remotely Piloted Autonomous Vehicle

An autonomous robot is a vehicle that is capable of sensing its environment and navigating without human input. Autonomous vehicle can detect surroundings using a variety of techniques such as radar, GPS, and computer vision. We developed an autonomous robotic vehicle which did not require any physical control rather it can be controlled from a controller miles away from it. It work on the idea that if we provide certain coordinates of destination it will reach there using Global positioning system module GPS Neo Blox 6MV2. It can move through tough terrains due to its small size, while moving toward its destination it avoid obstacles using ultrasonic sensor (HC-SR04). We equipped our robot with multiple sensors in order to monitor its surrounding i.e. temperature and PIR, A digital video camera is also interfaced which provides live stream of its path using TS352 transmitter RC305 receiver to a Graphical User interface for real time monitoring within 2Km range. Graphic User interface is designed in NI LABVIEW interface which will be processed on a portable laptop acting as a remote access for our robotic vehicle. This Autonomous vehicle can be used for Military purposes, Surveillance and human rescuing.
