·         Complete erection of Dying and Finishing, Apparel Mills.
·         Directly and indirectly responsible for import of textile machinery, chemicals, spare parts.
·         Processing of payment method letter of credit, advance payment, cash against document and bill of entry on daily bases
·         Handled shipping documents(Airway bills and Seaway bills) timely and accurate
·         Coordinating with production and logistic department and scheduling the shipment
·         Procure all type of material related to electrical, workshop, production machinery, maintenance, stationery.
·         Direct communicate with the parties for the prorforma invoice
·         Responsible for collecting and prepare the necessary paperwork for various import activities
·         Independent dealing and communication with custom clearing agent, international freight forwarder and suppliers ensuring effective delivery of goods to the unit
·         Maintain price lists, obtain discounts and evaluate comparison with existing ones and maintain quarterly and yearly contracts
