Manager QAC (Quality Assurance and Compliance)
As Senior QA Consultant at Apollo Telecom (Pvt) Ltd, I was responsible for:
• Lead the ISO certification process for Apollo as Lead Auditor.
• Play Lead Auditor role as per standard procedure for Internal Audit of Apollo Telecom QMS.
• Validate existing testing processes and re-structure the testing environment.
• Create and manage Scrum Team deliverable including Test Cases, Execution and Management of Bugs (Tracking and Closure).
• Contribute to collaborated team environment and overall success of Scrum Teams.
• Develop, executes and maintains test plans and test cases for all the development projects.

As Senior Software Quality Assurance resource, I was responsible for:
Estimation, planning and control of QA activities. To be actively involved with the testing and validation of the software. Participate in requirement elicitation and impact analysis of new requirement or change requests. Ensure testing is on schedule and in line with the processes. Review requirement specification documents and software design specification documents and develop a comprehensive understanding of testing requirements. Authoring validation Operational Qualification testing documents. Work with remote and local QA and development teams, to perform mostly manual testing to ensure efficient high quality releases. Communicating with Team members to streamline the execution of test plans and processes with them. Use, create and understand technical documentation. Perform the different actions in sequence to create the New and Revised Software Quality Assurance documents.
