Assist Health Worker, Cashier to update reporting file, Revolving fund current account and medicine record.
Timely consolidates and verifies monthly report and send to Area Health Coordinator
Disseminate important information to the field staff and ensure their implementation within project time.
Medicine stock checking on regularly basis in field/ branch.
Ensured patient follow-up by CHP/CHW.
Proper checking of monthly expense bills.
