To Facilitate taxpayers on help desk counters.
Assisted in the Provincial and Federal Tax matters.
Knowledge of Provincial and federal taxes i.e. Sales Tax on services and Goods, Income Tax Returns (IT-1, IT-2, etc.), Wealth statement (Property Details), etc.
Prepared & Complied notices for unregistered taxpayers.
Knowledge of MS Office and Internet use.
Knowledge of FBR/Provincial revenue authorities IT systems will be preferred
Provide support to Customs officers / officials regarding the operational issues of both One Customs and WeBOC systems.
Troubleshoot the operational issues of both One Customs and WeBOC systems
Provide helpdesk type support to Importers, Exporters and Clearing Agents working on the port regarding issues related to clearance of Import / Export GDs at any stage.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by In charge.

Assists with other work processing or other tasks as needed
Organizes documents prepares and codes data for entry into computer system.
Investigates and reconciles any discrepancies in files.
Answers phone screens calls responds to any inquiries or transfers call to appropriate office or individual composes correspondence in response to inquiries.
Enters data into system via on-line terminals and other data entry devices verifies for accuracy and completeness.
Maintains library of any reference material needed to ensure accurate coding.
