EUC Consultant ( Systems Engineer)
· To provide at all times a professional, courteous and rapid response to individual users / Infrastructure Teams ( NETWORK, APPLICATION MANAGEMENT) • Removing Vulnerabilities from user laptop/Network Machines. • Responding to user/ management queries on given SLA’s. • Managing VM’s local Hard drives as per TP environment • Inventory Management.
