I am a Finance and Admin professional and have got Master's in Business Administration with specialization in finance. I have over twenty five years of experience which includes fifteen years of development sector in INGO and ten years of coorporate sector and well versed in budgeting, grants management and accounting/administrative processes for donors such as BPRM, USAID, DFID, World Bank, GIZ and UN agencies. I am part of emergency team member (ERRP) while in Earthquake/flood response in 2005 and 2010 respectively. I have thorough knowledge of standardized procurement policies, and development of country office policy and procedure manuals.

• Prepare new budget proposals according to project needs in consultation with Budget Holders and Country office Grants and Compliance section.Review and Finalize Budget vs. Actual report and Pipeline Analysis for management review.
FUNDS & TREASURY
• Responsible in designing of proper systems of cash demand and bank transfers and ensure time availability of funds at field level.
CAPACITY BUILDING & HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
• Ensure training and capacity building for finance team members and budget holders in order to increase their level of technical ability and skills.
INTERNAL CONTROL & AUDIT MANAGEMENT
• Act as audit coordinator and assist both internal & external auditors during their audit process and provide them the required information and records.
PARTNERS / SUB GRANT MANAGEMENT
• Support partners in building their capacity for efficient and effective award management and ensure full fill of donors pre award requirements.

Following are the additional responsibilities as Logistic Coordinator.
• Purchase Management.
