Overseas travel booking, Make all necessary arrangements for salary payments, Preparation and management of the Payroll system, Inspection of the stocks held at warehouses, Verification of the stocks held for sale, obsolete, damaged and slow moving items of stock, Review of daily collections, payments and reconciliation of the ledgers including customer, vendor and bank reconciliations, Supervision of accounts staff in order to ensure accurate, complete and fair view of accounts, Co-ordenation with accounts, finance, HR and other relevant departments and personnel in order to ensure completeness, accuracy and smooth flow of working, Ageing analysis, Receivable, Payable days, Inventory turnover ratio, acid test ratio and many other ratio analysis including horizontal and vertical analysis. Performance analysis of the company\'s operations. Liaison between the auditors and the management.
