The primary role of this position is to implement the food and nutrition security project according to the project plan including budget control, staff hiring, procurement of goods and achieve the intended results. The following are my key achievements under this assignment.

 Successfully completed this long term development project and achieved the intended results as per the project plan and LFA.
 Developed training manuals on Nutrition, CBDRM and Social mobilization
 Developed IEC material on nutrition education, nutrition sensitive agriculture, home gardening
Successfully developed on farm small entrepreneurships with 504 farmers/entrepreneurs through food diversification gardens, small businesses and services.
 Established small entrepreneurships with unemployed youth, including market assessment, business plan development, vocational skills training, job placement facilitation and market linkages of entrepreneurs.  
Developed 42 village development plans through active involvements of community leaders and elected representatives of the local government, where financial support was ascertained from local government funds.
Supervised and managed the team of 56 staff members
Developed and implemented capacity building plan of the project
Provided support to program management in proposal development of the project related to FNS, enterprise development, governance and livelihoods promotions.

Coordinate a district coordination forum, chaired by district Nazim and co- chaired by DCO and district heads of all line government departments and representation from civil society.
Facilitated farmers field schools on citrus, tomato and buffalo in line with UN-FAO guidelines

The primary role of this position is management of credit, savings, enterprise and Income generation and marketing program of the project according to the LFA and achieve the intended results. The following are my key achievements under this assignment.

 Successfully developed and operate an Islamic credit model on Mudariba and Murabiha mode of financing for establishing/promoting small scale enterprises
 Established small entrepreneurships with unemployed youth, including market assessment, business plan development, vocational skills training and market linkages of entrepreneurs.  
 Supervised and managed the team of 10 staff members
Development of small scale enterprise development through 110 women and 160 men entrepreneurs as poultry farming, tailoring, fish farming, livestock raring
Developed and implemented capacity building plan of the project and government staff
 Develop strategy paper and credit manual in close consultation with Islamic university Islamabad for income generation program of the project
 Coordinate trainings of the Community Office bearers/activist on leadership management and basic book keeping.
 Plan and implement vocational, marketing and entrepreneurial skills development training for community
Assist entrepreneurs and FIGs in marketing their products through market linkages and exposure visits to local and regional markets
Working as Chief Technical Advisor / National Project Manager in his absence

Provision of small size loans to community organization and women organization for income generating activities
Assist Co members in marketing their produce 

The primary role of this position is to lead community development and enterprise development component of the project according to the LFA and achieve the intended results. 

 Social mobilization strategy developed and facilitate formation of 400 men and 100 women community based organizations
Participated and contributed in conducting rapid market appraisal (RMA) and Rapid Rural Appraisals for identifying community and market needs and gaps
