Main Responsibilities: To plan, organize events i.e seminars, workshop, trips, industrial or Academic tour and conferences for the department; To prepare and process Expense & Travel claims of Faculty(boarding & lodging, accommodation, local commute) & others staff members; To monitor and process for Procure/repair of department assets; To conduct audit of assets with Audit department; To prepare minutes of departmental meetings; Maintenance & Cleaning of the Department; To follow up & correspond on email for daily task completions; To coordinate with procurement for the import/demand of different equipment/materials from the market; To coordinate with different departments i.e IT, F&E for the repairs and maintenance of department assets; preparing & keeping record of students’ academic forms; To schedule & reserve classrooms through UNITIME online portal; To coordinate with marketing team for media coverage of the events and collection of data after it; To respond and forward email queries from the students & staff; To make arrangements for the Arrival/departure and stay for the department’s guests; To respond on emails, letters & posts to dispatch; Any other tasks assigned by the HOD.
Main Responsibilities: To supervise and monitor the activities going on in ILP-POWER Learning center of UOL at Walton road, Children Hospital and schools at Babu Sabu; To make and implement policies for learning center; To arrange meetings and prepare minutes of the meetings; To coordinate with field staff for the demands and delivery of items required at these centers; Research, gather, analyze and provide quotations for the required items to the procurement department of UOL; Survey in the community to get the deserve able children from the society for admission in the learning center; Follow-up with the departments for the approved items until it is successfully delivered to learning center; Handling the social media accounts and edit posts in Adobe Photoshop; To coordinate with the concern department in the university to remove the discrepancies occurs during the project; To coordinate with the higher management for the hiring of school staff; To get volunteers and assigning them their tasks according to the skills and abilities; To visit and purchase breakfast for the students (Milk & Bananas); To monitor that the campaigns and awareness activities of the department are running smoothly; To coordinate with the field staff for any queries and discrepancies during the project activities; Reporting to higher management about the current tasks; Purchasing and providing Breakfast to students; Any other tasks assigned by the HOD.
Main Responsibilities: To get the instructions from the superior managers and shortlist factories for that particular order; review their strengths and compare each other to decide which is suitable for selection and then place the order for sampling; Daily visit to factories for follow-up and for update of sampling order and verify its quality and according to buyers requirement; delivering and collection of parcel from DHL or DAEWOO to office; Assist Superior Merchandiser in efficiently completion of daily and assigned task; verifying the samples from superior masters and if the samples are made according to buyers requirement dispatch it to buyers and when the buyer gives us go ahead we send it for production and then shipped it to buyer; Any other task assigned by Manager.
