概要

Ms. Ismeera working as Regional Manager Microfinance in BRAC Pakistan She has done Master in Development Management from Asian Institute of Management, Philippines and Master in Public Administration specialized in Financial Management from University of Sindh, Jamshoro.
She has been working with BRAC Pakistan since 9 years with primary objectives to alleviate poverty and women empowerment. She belongs to Hyderabad, Sindh. She has experienced to do work in different provinces of Pakistan (working in Sindh, Punjab, and KPK as Regional Manager). In her career she also has been in various roles. She joined BRAC Pakistan as a Branch Manager Kotri Branch in August 2009. She worked as an Area Manager Hyderabad from 2011 to May 2013. Afterward she transferred to Rawalpindi as a Regional Manager. In December 2013, she went for professional degree course in Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines. In December 2014, she came back Pakistan and start working as Regional Manager Microfinance, Hyderabad Region. She is responsible to strengthen all program activities and ensures compliance for smooth operations and healthy portfolio of Microfinance. She coordinates with Area Managers of Microfinance and doing financial and operational reporting, planning and field visits in Hyderabad Region.
