• Responsible for implementation of OSDI\'s education policy for rural areas.
• To conduct surveys & identification of out of schoolchildren in focused communities.
• Planning and executing Education Projects in rural communities.
• To support teachers in classroom management, lesson planning & other documentations.
• Co-ordination with government and donor organizations for administration & functioning of OSDI\'s schools.
• Develop co-ordination with education department for sharing implementation challenges.
• Maintain data of OSDI\'s rural schools from the initiation until exit.
• Developing monthly work plan based on priority challenges and issues.
• Submission of monthly progress reports to the Manager Program.
• Planning and conducting teacher’s training regularly.
• Proposal development for education grants.
• Prepare observation report for teachers and students performance.
• Monthly data collection on students’ progress.
• Promote student enrollment activities and awareness sessions on importance of education.
• Communication with School Management Committees to eradicate the issues related to schools.
• Regular field visits of the rural communities to monitor the progress of projects.

o   Designed the curriculum for Mathematical Economics, Environmental & Resource Economics and Research Methodology for BS (Economics) program.
o   Also part of designing other courses’ curriculum.
o   Presentation and compilation of the Final curriculum.
o   Member of organizing committee to conduct different seminars in the university.
o   Worked as a Moderator for the seminar, “Research: In the line of HEC”. 
o   Member of the organizing committee for “Convocation 2010”.
