DOB (Date of Birth) & DOE (Date of Entry) cases: Rectification of discrepancies which
were found during updating of Service Records/Service Book of employees in SAP &
Service Book.
Other duties performed:
VSS (Voluntarily Separation Scheme) of PTCL: Worked with HR team on making calls to
employees.
ACS Monitoring, Registration & Data Compilation of all ITR.
Assisted in PMS of Non-Management/Management Associates/3rd Party employees.

Assisted in Capability Assessment by making proper files & profiles.
Receiving, forwarding Pension & Benevolent Fund cases.
Assisted AM HR in different events.
Performed follow up on Non-Management Employees JD’s from BM’s.
Follow up on language proficiency data from BM’s for CSR, CST & BB Technician.
