概要

Responsibility:
o Handling of all administrative work i.e. ROP, Petty Cash Book, Security, and Vehicle Maintenance, purchase order, TRF, TCS.
o Handling Office Petty cash and maintain Cash Records
o Prepare summary statement of petty cash vouchers on weekly basis.
o Making arrangements of transport for staff as per their request for pick and drop
o Checking and ensuring timely payment of all utility bills.
o Making arrangement for all travel related booking such as Air ticketing
o To operate and maintain the PABX system and receive, transfer and connect all calls.
o Maintain records of personal/official calls
o Collect bills for personal/official calls and charge in a personal capacity.
o Maintain the institutional telephone directory; check telephone lines daily and make complaints if lines are out of order
o Inform staff of their visitors and guide the visitor towards their meeting point.
o Maintain the reception are professionally and aesthetically
o Assist in recording of invoices, receipts and payments.
