My Responsibilities comprised of;
Working alongside my Managers in Implementation of Oracle Financials R12 mainly focusing on Financial Modules (AP, AR & GL).
Working alongside the implementation team in transferring from Quick Books Enterprise Edition to Oracle R12 Financials. This included workflow from data entering (through entering invoices, making payments), reconciling monthly trial balances and tracing and rectifying differences.
Preparing monthly variance analysis for both Profit & Loss and Balance e sheet items and writing reasons of variances.
Assisting in preparation of month-end Financial Statements.
Reviewing month-end workings i-e Accruals/Reversals, Fixed asset Schedules etc.
Responsible for statutory filing to EOBI for monthly contributions made to the Old age benefit scheme.
Ensuring timely processing of Payables and liaison with suppliers to ensure that. Fulfilling any contingent reporting requirement by Management.
My Responsibilities comprised of;
Processing Payroll & Sales commissions of staff.
Processing payments timely and ensuring no payment fails to meet deadline
Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. banks and statutory organizations such as the HMRC & PSEB
Preparing & managing budgets
My Responsibilities comprised of;
Assisting in carrying out quality audit and other assurance services to clients in multiple industries.
Assist seniors in obtaining all necessary audit working papers and documentation including researching and documenting facts and findings.
Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to managers and partners
Interact with clients to help ensure that the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient
