 Manage Front office Staff and Their Daily Payments Records.
 Manage Doctors Room availability and their Timings and also their Calling Appointments.
 Make sure that staff will follow Proper Dress code and SOPs.
 Make Yearly Appraisal on their Performances.

 Manage and Operate all KPH Six Centers and their “130” Staff Duties on
Daily Basis.
 Manage House Keeping Staff and their Supervisors and also check Hospital
Premises.
 Manage Doctors, Psychologist in OPD and IPD Functions
 Hired Psychologists, Male/Female Nurses Staff and other Staff.
 Giving Best Customer Services to our Patients and their Families.
 Daily Counseling to our patient for their better Future.
 Daily Check and Maintain branch Cash and Expenses.
 Give cash reward on daily Basis to my Staff on their Performances.
 Make and Implement new Administrative policies for our staff and Patients.
 Follow-up on Discharge Patients Health Conditions.
