Maintenance Engineer
Doing work as shift incharge, having a team of 8 to 10 workers.
Supervise maintenance work of the mill during production. Find the fault and fix it as soon as possible in order to reduce the lag time. Do planned maintenance (hourly, daily, weekly) of mill to avoid some serious failure during production. Make maintenance sheet on daily basis and report to Head of the department.
