·       To Mobilize communities on identification of Child protection Cases.
·       To Conduct Child protection related sessions to sensitize the community regarding Child Protection Issues.
        To outreach community and identify malnourished Children and PLWs and refer the identified cases to the OTP/SFP sites.

·       Participate in need assessment, Participatory Rural Appraisals, feasibility studies, stockholder analysis and community consultations.
·       Liaisons with Government and Non-Government Agencies.

·       Supports the development of agreements and MoUs with community-based organizations or other civil society groups.

·       Elaborate all needs based inputs and all other activities according to the objectives of the programme and the beneficiary involvement strategy of ACTED.

·       Participate in Shelter, Agri Input Cheque distributions whenever required.

Ensure on time completion of the tasks in line with BoQs and designs.

Project:    Mother and Child Health Program
Major Responsibilities:

·       To mobilize community as they can avail quality health services from nearby health facility.
·       Capacity Building of Lady Health Worker and community health workers.
·       Conduct awareness sessions in Community on health and hygiene conditions  
·       To develop strong coordination b/w H/W and Community for sustainable change.
·       Developed linkages, Referrals and Transportation from Home to MNCH Centre.
·       Responsible for field level implementation of activities indicated in the work plans, conduct their monitoring and report the District Coordinator.
·       Provide technical support to the Lady Health Workers and Community Health Workers in community mobilization and implementation of activities at project site.
·       Develop linkages with other NGOs/GOs to address social and development issues.
·       Assist in arrangement and conduct of training and other events for local communities and other partners at project sites.
·       Guide monitoring and evaluation team in analyzing programmed impact.


Project:    Children’s Action Against Oppression & Neglect (CHAAON) 

Major Responsibilities:

·       To introduce DevCon and its four component Education, health, child protection and Economic Empowerment.
·       To introduce Program Philosophy of CHAON (Children’s action against oppression and Neglect) Project.
·       Monthly Planning and progress review meeting.
·       Collect Primary data (village profile, school census, Health facility assessment H.H survey etc)
·       Broad Based community meetings with community members for the formation of community structures at village level(Community organizations M/F and children clubs B/G)
·       Formation of Community Based Organizations at Union council level
·       Formation and implementation of school improvement plan with the help of SMCs
·       Convert project focused schools in Child friendly schools
·       Selection and start of literacy centers
·       Conduct and monitor health & hygiene sessions at school and community level for children & organize medical camps
·       Organize mega events on Global Hand washing day and School Health days to de worm the children of 5-14 years age bi annually.
·       Supervision and monitoring of Support Group sessions conducted by LHWs on mother newborn and child health
·       Formation of Quality improvement team following the PDQ process for the improvement of services at health facility level
·       Coordination meetings with Office Bearers of CO’s , CCs and CBOs
·       Prepare Socio Economic Profile of Area.
·       Monitoring of all the field level project activities
·       To raise awareness among the community about the Child Protection, Child Rights, importance of Education and health
·       Conduct Trainings & workshop on Community Management Skill training, Child Right Convention, Saving concept & its utilization, Livelihood improvement, Child protection and rights, education, health, economic empowerment.

·       Formation of Village Development Organization (VDO) and Union Development Council (UDC)
·       To mobilize community for the (VDP) Village Development planning for physical & nonphysical components.
·       To help in VDP development & VDP Proposal development through participatory process.
·       To ensure increase in enrollment & physical improvements of Schools.
·       To raise awareness among the community about the importance of education & Health.
·       To identify the volunteers and to motivate and mobilize them for the targeted development.
·       To resolve conflict and insure filed activity and innovate procedure to collect Data.
·       To arrange workshop with community Based organization in different communities.
